Rimmer (Sec Manager)
Angus
began his hospitality career at Chatswood RSL while studying for his
Bachelor of Music at the Sydney Conservatorium. Deciding to stay in
the exciting club industry Angus has had various roles at Balmain
Tigers and Redfern RSL. Over this time Angus developed experience
in all facets of club operations including Gaming, Entertainment and
Food and Beverage. Starting at the Fishos as Operations Manager in
July 2007, Angus became the General Manager in January 2008. Angus
is also well into his further studies for a Bachelor of Business (Club
and Gaming Management) through Southern Cross University.
John Evans (Manager)
Peter Kovaluns (Manager)
Peter has a Master of Science (Psyc) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Mgmt)
from Wollongong University. Peter has an extensive Food and Beverage
background having worked the Hard Rock Cafe for 12 years Sydney, Melbourne
and Surfers Paradise. At the Hard Rock Peter rubbed shoulders with
the likes of Bon Jovi, Van Halen, Tom Jones, Lenny Kravitz, Jimmy
Barnes and David Copperfield just to name a few. Manly Fishos is a
complement to Peters experience with live entertainment. Just prior
to the 2000 Sydney Olympics Peter was headhunted by Xerts at King
St Wharf as a theme restaurant consultant, and given the task of managing
the concept from paper to Grand Opening as Senior Manager. In 2002
Peter decided to broaden his hospitality skills by entering the gaming
industry. After 6 years managing Chatswood RSL, Peter joined the Fisho's
early 2008.
