Manly Fishing & Sporting Association Membership Terms & Conditions
I hereby apply for membership of Manly Fishing & Sporting Association Club Limited. I agree to be bound by the Clubs constitution and any rules or by-laws of the Club. Should any of the particulars stated above chance, I agree to notify the Club within seven (7) days in writing. If my membership card is lost or stolen, I will notify the Club immediately and agree to re-imburse the Club for the cost of a replacement card.
I AGREE THAT THIS MEMBERSHIP IS SUBJECT TO BOARD APPROVAL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPLICATION. IF MEMBERSHIP IS NOT APPROVED WITHIN 30 DAYS – YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
